MociDigital is a growth-focused digital company helping businesses in the UK and internationally acquire clients through paid media, content, and conversion systems.
We don’t run ads for vanity metrics. Our focus is on leads, bookings, and revenue. Paid media at MociDigital is part of a wider system that includes funnels, landing pages, and follow-up — not isolated campaigns.
We are building a strong in-house team in Ibadan and are looking for a Media Buyer who understands performance, structure, and accountability.
The Role
We are hiring a Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads) to plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing ad spend, testing creatives, optimising performance, and reporting outcomes — working closely with the funnel, design, and content teams.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ibadan.
What you will do
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Launch and test ad creatives, audiences, and offers
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Work with landing pages and funnels to improve conversion performance
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Provide clear performance reports and insights
- Ensure ad accounts follow platform best practices and policies
Requirements
- 2–4+ years experience running Meta and/or Google Ads
- Proven understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Ability to manage budgets and optimise spend efficiently
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data

- Experience working with landing pages and funnels
- Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Based in Ibadan and available for full-time, on-site work
Nice to Have
- Experience with both Meta and Google Ads (not just one)
- Knowledge of retargeting and funnel sequencing
- Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)
- Experience working in a digital agency environment
