We are hiring an On-Screen Content Creator / TikTok Live Host for a retail shop that sells household items and everyday essentials.
This role is for someone who is confident on camera, comfortable speaking live, and able to sell products naturally while engaging an audience on TikTok Live and short-form videos.
You will be the face of the shop online, helping turn views into real sales.
The Role
This is not just posting videos — it is live selling, product presentation, and audience engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Go live on TikTok to showcase household products
- Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
- Engage viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases
- Create short videos promoting products, offers, and deals
- Work closely with the shop team and editors
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, consistency)
- Maintain energy, clarity, and trust while selling
- Work with the team to improve content distribution over time
YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- 1–3+ years experience managing social media accounts
- Understanding of major platforms and content formats
- Ability to follow content calendars and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Based in Lagos and available for full-time, on-site work
Nice to Have
- Previous TikTok Live or live selling experience
- Sales or retail experience
- Are comfortable selling without sounding aggressive
- Have good communication skills
- Can think on your feet during live sessions
- Are reliable, punctual, and disciplined
