MociDigital is a growth-focused digital company building client acquisition and marketing systems for businesses in the UK and internationally.
We don’t just design websites — we build funnels, landing pages, and conversion systems that drive leads, sales, and long-term growth.
We are building a strong in-house team in Ibadan and are looking for people who want ownership, structure, and long-term growth — not freelance gigs.
What you will do
- Design and build conversion-focused websites and landing pages
- Create funnels for lead generation, bookings, and sales
- Translate briefs and strategy into clear, effective page layouts
- Work with copy, structure, and user flow to improve conversions
- Build pages using tools like WordPress, Elementor, and related systems
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to support traffic → conversion
- Maintain design consistency across multiple client projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in web design or funnel building
- Strong understanding of UX, layout, and conversion principles
- Experience building websites with WordPress / Elementor
- Ability to design with purpose (CTAs, flow, hierarchy)
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with deadlines
- Based in Ibadan and available for full-time, on-site work
- Excellent knowledge about WP custom post type, custom taxonomy, and custom meta box
- Fluent in WordPress, PHP, plugins, themes security, JavaScript, and other technologies
- Clear concepts of WordPress Actions, Hooks, custom queries, meta fields.
- Optimize performance of applications utilizing industry standards on all ends of the architecture.
- Problem-solving capabilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with funnels (Lead magnets, booking pages, sales pages)
- Basic understanding of SEO and page structure
- Experience working with designers, copywriters, or marketers
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar
