MociDigital is a growth-focused digital company helping businesses in the UK and internationally acquire clients through systems, content, and execution.
We don’t run projects loosely or reactively. Our work relies on clear timelines, ownership, and delivery, and the Project Manager plays a critical role in making sure work moves forward without friction.
We are building a strong in-house team in Ibadan and are looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving digital projects.
The Role
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee internal and client-facing projects across design, content, video, web, and marketing execution.
You will be responsible for coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables — ensuring projects move from brief to completion smoothly.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ibadan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple digital projects from kickoff to delivery
- Break projects into clear tasks, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate designers, developers, video editors, and social media staff
- Track progress and follow up on deliverables
- Identify blockers early and resolve them quickly
- Maintain clear communication between teams and leadership
- Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Keep documentation, updates, and task boards organised
Requirement
- 2–4+ years experience in project management or operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a digital agency or content team
- Comfortable using project tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
Nice to Have
- Experience in a digital agency or marketing environment
- Understanding of content, web, or marketing workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic reporting or performance tracking experience
