We are building a strong in-house team in Ibadan and are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands execution, structure, and growth.
The Role
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manage, schedule, and distribute content across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with the Video Editors, Designers, and Strategy team to ensure content is published consistently, correctly, and optimised for reach and engagement.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ibadan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
- Schedule and publish short-form and static content
- Write captions optimised for engagement and clarity
- Apply hashtags, formats, and platform best practices
- Ensure content consistency across multiple client and internal accounts
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, consistency)
- Excellent knowledge about WP custom post type, custom taxonomy, and custom meta box
- Work with the team to improve content distribution over time
- Problem-solving capabilities
Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience managing social media accounts
- Understanding of major platforms and content formats
- Ability to follow content calendars and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Based in Ibadan and available for full-time, on-site work
Nice to Have
- Experience working with business or marketing accounts
- Basic understanding of short-form video trends
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta, Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.)
- Ability to adapt content across platforms
